I would still suggest replacing the fuel filter if it is old and especially if you think it is original after 200k miles.

I'm a bit surprised that you didn't get any response with the starter fluid. Do you know you have spark? I know you swapped dic's but what is the status on the plugs? Though you should get something even if they're old and fouled...
