They are great cars.

You can wait for the 05 facelift if you want but I doubt that the car will be significantly better; the big improvements were for MY02 (xenon, ASC). And you will probably pay a $5000-6000 premium for an 05 unless you wait til next fall when the $10000+ discounts return.
