I agree that the CIS gauge to check system and control pressures are needed when tackling one of these systems. I ended up sending my fuel distributor and warm up regulator to CISFLOWTECH as they have a fuel flow meter bench to test the output. They are located in fairhope alabama, great service, and have an intense Bosch background. Personally, I would send both the FDs to them and all the warm up regulators you have and ask them to set both of them up, pick the best of both. They can also correctly set the fuel pressure regulator shims on the FD to make sure they are operating correctly.
Jimmy --- any suggestions on making sure the frequency valve is functioning correctly? I took mine out and just made sure that it wasn't plugged up. Then, I had CISFLOWTECH do a mod to my FD that basically eliminated the frequency mod valve, so it wasn't part of the game, so I never checked operation or functionality.
