That's great news on the oiler tubes and the timing chain being quiet. As far as that miss when it's warm try ngk4091 spark plugs. Don't know if that's the issue or not but it does sound ignition related. I've been running these spark plugs for probably the last 10 years they're the ones that I found to replace the bcp 7ev spark plugs. These do not have a resistor. Best of luck. I'm sure you're running the bougie cord spark plug wires plus the Bosch cap and rotor. I have had a cap and rotor go bad in less than 10,000 miles it's a cheap test and if it doesn't change anything you have an extra cap and rotor.
