I performed the "pinch the AIC hose" test, and the engine did indeed stall. I checked operation of the TPS with a DVM, and it shows continuity at idle and open when the throttle is opened. I cleaned the throttle plate and bore just for good measure. Idle hunt problem persists.

While I appreciate the vacuum leak suggestions, to me, the crux of the matter is that the AIC is not operating, when the AIC, ECM computer, and wiring between the AIC and computer have all been verified as good.

Other than the TPS, do you know if there is a sensor or switch that determines how the ECM controls the AIC?
