E-codes are euro-spec headlights with a much improved beam pattern and brightness than DOT US-spec. They are costly and hard to find but you can try eBay and find some newer re-issues for $700-$800/pair. Will require some simple wiring rework but well worth the price. There are no decent LED retrofit bulbs for the US spec headlights because it is hard to get the LED elements in the right location and size to replicate the filament locations in a normal bulb. As a result, they throw a lotta light all over but not in the right place and cause your fog light relay to malfunction due to a low current incompatibility. You can add resistors to overcome that but the whole LED thing is a waste of time for a c900. First time you turn on LED retrofit bulbs you will be impressed by all the bright light everywhere until you actually drive the car in normal conditions.
