the housings have two holes. A larger one to access the bulbs. There is a large cap that screws onto the housing to cover the hole. It looks like they are also available for 13 Euro. Probably 3D printed.

The smaller hole is for the wiring. If you're lucky enough to find a pre '88 at a junkyard, there are grommets that cover the wiring that goes into the indicators. These are an exact fit for the wiring holes.

I live in the US and in 2021 I got two units shipped for $260 but i think the price back then was like 128 or 130 Euro.
