So I pulled the ECU out and tested the mosfets and two of them were bad. I replaced them and reset the wastegate to the proper PSI and now the car is back to normal. If you pull your ECU out you can test the mosfets to see if they're working properly I know that if one of them fails it will stick you in bass boost permanently which I have had that happen I was unaware of they can also fail because there's three of them and that will put you in full boost mode. Which is what was happening to me no matter how many adaption runs I did I was still getting way too much boost. Now I'm hitting about 12 or so PSI. Now if the wastegate is not set properly you can have working mosfets in the ECU and you will still definitely hit the fuel cut off. The wastegate not being set properly which I'm sure you know will override the ECU.
