So yeah I was able to figure it out. So putting the original ECU back in and leaving the T5 valve in I was able to conclude that one of the mosfets had burned up so I just replaced it and that fixed it. With me doing the t7 valve update was kind of throwing everything off thinking that there was something else more wrong than what there was just had to get back to the basics of eliminating that whole entire process out of the picture and then focused on the T5 ECU and found the mosfet was burned up. So there's two ways that can fail the mosfet I think in the center can fail and that puts you in bass boost the mosfet to one side fails and that put you in over boost.
