Thanks guys. I'll definitely look at that if a couple of adaption runs don't fix it. I really don't want to pop a head gasket. I have never stuck a real boost gauge on a 9000 to see what "full boost" is. Does it vary by car with the stock wastegate? I have never adjusted mine. Pretty sure the PO didn't either. The car has ton's of maintenance records so my impression is that it hasn't been beat on.
