What I'm going to do tomorrow is put a known good working T5 ECU in the car and a T5 valve and see what happens then. When I tested my other car that has a t7 valve in it with the wire that goes to the ground on the t7 valve disconnected from the t7 valve I was getting continuity to ground through that wire. When I tested my car that is stuck in base boost I'm getting no continuity through that same wire that is disconnected from the t7 valve to ground. So these cars should be doing the exact same thing and they are not. I'll report back more tomorrow thanks for the input
