How did you drive the car?
I'm not trying to be an arse - seriously, because perhaps this doesn't apply to you, but I read posts here all the time about SAAB drivers, many Viggen drivers, who redline their cars multiple times a day. I think that's just insane and completely unnecessary abuse of a car. I've had mine for 3.5 years and 34k and I've probably only redlined it TWICE. And, yes, I have a blast with my car.
Engines aren't meant to be abused like that.
