It seems unlikely the body shop touched your oil, and if they did, they would use the convincing argument they that don't touch oil...you're only chance is to ask them if they might have changed the oil without knowing what happened to your car. I think you're in for more $ to keep the saab on the road, unless a piece of the hood latch fell and bounced off the road at 60 mph and then unknowingly pierced the oil pan....
