Typically, the 1994 was more prone to problems than later 9000's. Even though I have never owned a 9000, I have been witness to many discussions regarding the aforementioned. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to buy a good, well-maintained 9000, although there are areas of concern (e.g. automatic transmission, TCS, etc.). As with any other car, it usually depends on the year more than the model. Drive safely, and KEEP ON SAABING!!!
