Sorry to hear about the problems with SAAB of Milford. I've had my share of problems with them too. Nice facility, but that's about it. Service guys are pretty good though.

They are owned by Zee Automotive which handles a bunch of dealerships. I got rear-ended over the summer, called Saab of Milford and they told me to use their "Saab Exclusive Auto-Body", which I did. Turns out when I picked up the car, mine was the only Saab out of about 40 cars there. They insisted there were others in the back being serviced. I asked one of the techs if I could check out their facility...sure enough, not one Saab in there.

Insurance adjuster from Allstate (the girl's that hit me insurance company), estimated the damage around $1700 or so...was REALLY low. They 'fixed' the car right to the exact penny of the insurance estimate. Turns out they did such a half assed job, the car had to be completely ripped apart and had another $3000+ in repairs done to it. Floor pan had to be replaced as Zee Collision just left it crinkled, trunk was out of alignment, car shook like crazy, needed a rear alignment...along with a list of other stuff.

Guess my point is, stay away from anything affiliated with Zee Automotive. Hate to go on and rant about it, but it was a really bunk experience.

I've been getting everything done at Saab of Westport these days, and could not rave about them more. Professional, honest, helpful and always a brand new loaner whether it's a 9-5, 9-2x or even the 9-3 Vert I got once. They always follow up within 2 days and granted there's some quirks just like any other dealer, they are at least willing to listen and let you point out the exact problem and do what they can to fix it. And first and foremost, they know Saabs up and down...more than I can say for some other dealers.
