In Canada, SAAB's are sold at the SATURN dealer. People are courteous, they are listening at what you say. They fill up your windshield washer. When you pick up the car after the repair, they wash the car. Last time, I went for the first time to a new to me SAAB dealer to have my remote reprogramed. 30 min later the car was ready and they washed the car. That's service!!!
Dealers here (in Montreal) are more service oriented, perhaps it is a big city and we have the choice to go to another dealer.
