It costs me about $6 more for full synthetic at dealer than my indy. Too many quick lube horror stories for me, thank you. It gets my face in front of service manager twice a year so that I am regular instead of an unknown. Thus, when I upgraded to the all in one key/remote, all service (not parts) was complementary. When I wanted advice on changing out a fog light (it hurt the raccoon more than the car I suspect), no problem--just stop and chat. All in all, its a pleasure dealing with people you know--both for me and the dealer.
