You must be kidding? IE...A half-whit defense attorney would have a field day with that statement. It is leading and enough cause to have at least one good round of questioning. If under oath Urby had to disclose who he has discussed this with, etc, etc,...Get the picture?
These things are not as simple as they used to be. Silence is golden.
Weather you disagree or not is completely irrelevant.
