Shopping to replace my old Nikkormat N2020 (another Katrina loss) which in a way is another "silver lining" in the Katrina cloud. Why, you may ask? Because film is rapidly becoming a thing of the past so it's time to upgrade!
Anyway, I'm looking at the Canon XT w/ the 18 - 55mm lens ($ 755), the Nikon D50 w/ the 18-55mm _and_ 55-200mm lens ($ 855), and the Olympus e-500 w/ the 14-45mm lens _and_ 40-150mm lens ($ 750). Any comments, gentlemen? Anyone out there with these models? Does anyone have a preference for SD memory (Nikon) or Campact Flash memory (Canon & Olympus)? Any real difference b/t SD & Compact Flash other than physical size?
Thanks for any and all comments!
