He thinks that 1/4" of "hover space" that I talked about means it didn't come into contact with the rim. Obviously if it lines up right above the scraping and the tech who took the tires off originally had the arm 1/4" lower it's going to make contact! I say I've got a pretty good case with the pictures and information I have against them. It's pretty obvious to most people here that that machine was responsible, right? The guy kept telling me "You're seeing what you want to see!!" Too bad I see what I KNOW I see.
