...they destroyed 2 of my winter tires, were only 2 years old. They took them off after last winter and put them in bags. I never thought to check them. When I brought them in to be re-installed this winter, they said that they were suffering from tire rot. I looked at them tires and they looked as if they were damaged by the machine. Both tires had the exact type of pattern of damage. The tires were stored in my climate controlled storage unit. THey were in perfect running order before they removed them. Seems strange to me that two tires would "rot" in 6 months with the exact same type of slices on each tire.... The manager said that "his staff could have done the damage, but that I CAN'T PROVE IT. He said that he had to fire many employees for incompetence over the past year..." He was not willing to help me out at all. Just beware.

Hope you are able to figure out you situation.
