I have a 2001 Viggen, MINT condition with spotless (well, at the time...) rims. I go to the dealer, hoped that the Saab guy who had seen my car a few times would be really careful. Year right, 3 of the 4 rims had scratches from the mounting machine. I didn't know what to do, so I wrote a complaint letter to GM (canada). Arguing isn't the easiest thing for me, but I did my best, and got nothing. I don't have time/money to go and sue them, nor do I think I'd have gotten anything. I got my money back (well, no, I got a crappy store "credit" which they were having a hard time letting me use on parts, because hell I'd never service my car there again). I gave up. Too much stress, and it isn't worth it. Mind you, the scratches are certainly not as bad as yours, but nonetheless they are there. You need to take it to some SPECIALTY TIRE SHOP.
Sorry to hear that had to happen to you, but things like these are what force me to service my car as much as possible. I'm crazy when it comes to people touching my car, cause, well when it's not their car, they don't give a crap! So for all you guys who think dealers are better, well they are not. Good luck.
