I have the Akebono Ceramics fro Tire Connection. Don't know if they are the same ones you have. Very light dust and a little softer feel. They're on my wife's 9-5 SportWagon so it doesn't see hard use, so I can't speak to fade issues with them.
However, I have PBR ceramics on my 9K. They generate more dust than the Akebonos but exhibited NO fade at a track day last summer, even though by the final session the brakes were hot enough to boil the brake fluid. The PBRs have better initial bite, too, so when I replace the ones on the 9-5 I'll likely go with the PBR version.
As an aside, if you're driving that hard on public roads, you really ought to go do a track day. Much more fun (really big grins!) and far safer. And you get instruction. Also, if you had serious fade and your brakes don't feel right, you could have boiled the fluid. You'll need to do a flush if you have.
