I wouldn'r alter mu driving style for this nosy broad. Clearly, she has nothing better to do in her boring life. let her call the cops - maybe they'll put one of those spped indicator trailers in the neighborhood and when she sees how slow you're going, she'll find another cause. I'm not sure but I'd guess it's illegal for kids to play in the street but it's never enforced. Might be time for "turnabout is fair play" action !!!
