Just curious if anyone knows what happened to rad** shack? It used to be a great resource for electronic parts with helpful workers with a good deal of knowledge about electronics. Now, it seems, whenever I visit, they don't have what I need (most recently, a blank DIN plug for a 9-3 radio conversion project) and there are always people at the counter arguing with the poor clerk about cell phone problems. Has this chain given up the ghost? Don't see how they can possibly survive this eay. What gives?
