It IS possible that SAAB AG is hiring those 200 people to safeguard the key employees of SAAB strategically, it is possible it will include the subsidiary as part of a deal to licence the SAAB name. Without the SAAB name you really lose a LOT. You can't use Dong Feng or Youngman or whatever. It has to be SAAB. I think the brand has value and SAAB AG wants some $$ for it. Perhaps a license fee per car? I heard Dong Feng is also interested.
