Our 2004 had a little in the doglegs. Ive seen others with rust around the gas door. It probably depends where you live and how much salt you get. PA might not get as much as up here in Canada. We do have several chains that spray the car - the big 2 up here are Krown and Rust Check. My SAAB indy uses Krown. I slightly prefer Rust Check. I get the whole car sprayed which includes spraying the interior of every body cavity they can access. We have a 1993 c900 that still looks pretty good - much better than a 2003 cosmo blue 9-5 wagon I see around (perforated in several places)... To be honest, I think the old Saab paint (c900 era) was better than the newer stuff... but if you park an annually sprayed car next to one that wasn`t the differences are obvious!
