No, no roller bearings in the arms. Not really necessary as it works very well like this.

I remember there were some custom made roller bearing arms available from somebody in the US like 20+ years ago. But I think it is overkill and also wheighs a lot more than the regular rocker arms.

I have been racing with the shown setup since 2001 and never had any issues.
