Sludge---peace of mind???

I've owned my 2000 9-5 wagon (2.3lpt) since new. I've been diligent about oil changes every 3K to 5K miles, and all recommended services. All were done at my local dealer, using the Saab-recommended semi-syn oil. For some reason, I do not have every one of the receipts, and the dealer says their computer has the dates, but not the mileage, of each oil change and service. My car only has 52K miles. Question: it it worth having an engine flush or an inspection for sludge or anything like that? Or just keep on changing the oil as usual and hope for the best? Should I get it changed at 3 months if I haven't driven 3K miles since the last change? Last one was late July, when they replaced the turbo (!), and I've only driven 2K since then. I'm happy to do whatever is best for the car---I love my Saab and want to keep it a long time. And thanks for all your advice---I appreciate being able to turn to someone besides the dealer for a second opinion on things.
