Wow I had read the posts about complaints regarding eeuroparts parts. This has to be the worst site to order parts. Which is a shame because I have ordered thousands of dollars of pars from them. Misc 9-5 parts Steering rack for a 9-5, exhaust for a 900 and 9000. Anyway i Called them about ordering a new twice. They said they don't stock it but can get one with the old style chip for $300. A couple days later I order it online. Several days later they call me back about a question about my address. I am thinking what in the world I should have the parts by now. At that time I ask them about the twice again they confirm that they can obtain the twice. He said our supplier is good about letting us know. Several days pass and they send me an email and say oh the price of the twice has increased to $649 and ask if I still want it. I of course tell them to go pound sand. I decline the inflated price and order the twice from saabsite instead for $349. Three days later I receive the twice from saabsite with the $122 dollar remote chip instead of the old style chip. Saabsite honored the price of $349, but I did see that they raised the price on their website. At this time Still no parts from Eeuroparts. When the parts finally arrive they send me the wrong cps. The bag has the correct part number, but its not the correct crank sensor. They also shipped me a the wrong seat recline button it is for a 9-3 instead of a 9-5. I contact about the issues and they send me a rma, but I have to pay for return shipping for their mistake. 7 bucks for return shipping if I use their label for a 9 dollar part. Oh Come on!! Really!
