Please chill with the caps.

I still order most of my stuff from them, but like some others observed, it is just taking a lot longer to get parts from them than it used to, 7-8 days now vs. 2-3 in the old days for the free shipping. And I live on the east coast. Maybe they are drop shipping stuff from other parts of the US these days.

I have never had a return issue with them, in the last 15 years I think I have only returned 2 items. They never sent me a 'wrong' part. Under the old management, I even got an apology from Todd along with a prompt refund for some Korean sourced idler pulley that failed after 2k. Lately, I returned a coolant reservoir that split at the seam a week or so after I installed it, but that is what I get for buying a ProParts item. So they credited and I bought a Saab part instead. They are selling more of this junk (ProParts/URO/etc.) these days. Just stay away from that Chinese stuff.

My experience with Rock Auto has been awful as of late. Some of that stuff looks like it is used parts and in mangled boxes.

Been buying more from Jim Ellis as of late, prices and quality are always good and they can get a lot of stuff you just cannot get elsewhere. And because they are close to me in Atlanta, I get stuff real fast. Also had good luck with SaabSite over the years.

I have to agree with SWEDECAR, pricing all over the map now for Saab parts. It would be hard for an indie to estimate a job with any accuracy without making some phone calls first.
