I was wondering if something like that happened. Service and prices definitely deteriorated. Last time I ordered from them the part arrived with a manufacturing defect. Emailed them and never heard back. Plus the part was shipped through that gadawful UPS "Mail Innovations"- took about 8 days to get here as it took a detour to a neighboring state. They used to have the best shipping.
