I have been ordering from them for about 15 years. Didn't hear about Todd but that is sad personally and also for the company. I also had contact with him, help ordering and help when there was a problem.

For most of those years I was thrilled and didn't order elsewhere unless they didn't have a part or a major price difference. But this/last year, I ordered many thousands of dollars worth of parts and went for a period of about 3 months where not a single order was fulfilled correctly, wrong parts, broken parts, bad web descriptions. I had a car (9-5) sit on jack stands for that entire time because I could not get the correct parts. Spent more time tracking returns and trying to communicate with them than performing repairs.

Pretty frustrating, but I agree that we need them. But this is a good place to share experience about limited vendors - so I would hope that we shouldn't rip on someone who complains. Most people have had good experience and so have I (until recently) I'm not sure if the vendor reads the boards, but the feedback, even if very frustrated, is helpful.
