See link below.

Anyway, I haven't ordered from them in about a year (our SAABs have been pretty much problem free in that time, though I should order some spares to have on hand soon)... It is important to select parts carefully. I did receive one different part than I ordered once - if they view parts as equivalent, they sometimes used to do that if it would save a shipping delay. In this case a Febi sway bar link != a Moog sway bar link, and I wish they had contacted me first... but for the most part, the parts they shipped were good, the service excellent. Nobody else ships to Canada better. Or at least that was still the case about a year ago. One thing was the original management was awesome from a customer service perspective, but their shipping costs were out of control - I had a full oem c900 exhaust shipped to me for free in Canada, and the cost of the parts was less than the cost of a muffler up here - there is no way they made $$ doing that! So they now are trying to ship in a more business sustainable way - of course the customer experience won't be the same as 5 years ago if they do that, but it might make the difference between them being around or not in another 5, and quite frankly, I'd like to have a relatively stable supply of parts more than save an extra $20 or so shipping my order vs what are usually still fairly reasonable shipping rates... of course things may have changed very recently (this year) and ymmv.
