I have the twice and not so concerned about them failing to sell me one. Other than the delay in the end that was a good thing. I got the nicer twice with the better remote chip. But it is frustrating to be shipped a 9 dollar part and they provide you with the wrong part and yet charge you 7 dollars to ship back to them. In the order I ordered a key from them and they had the vin. They just seem slow and not like they used to be. I recall how great they were several years ago it just isn't the same. If there was a problem with the address I think I should have been contacted sooner. I am not sure what the issue was with the address. Nothing of significance was changed and I think if they changed something they should have called sooner to fix it or confirm it. And by that time they should have known about the status of the twice.

I still love the car but I can see the end is near for me it is just getting too frustrating to own a SAAB. I had picked up another 9-5 during this time frame as a parts car to ease some of the frustration, but it is too nice for a parts car and actually ordered parts to fit it to have it as another daily driver. I have been in the market for a car and was actually thinking about buying at 2011 9-5. I really want one, but it just doesn't make sense and within this frustrating period ended up going with a BMW all wheel drive vehicle. I can tell you I won't order any BMW parts from them. Partially because BMW dealer is just too good and it's hard to beat the car club oem parts prices. I had read others frustrations and gave them a shot, but won't do that again.
