I cleared the acc code memory and ran the auto off diag. Now it read "13-Stepping motor, air distribution flap- motor jam" But now it describes motor jam. Cleared codes again and it displays code 11 again. Only this time I can see a stutter in the operation of the arm. One near the top and one near the bottom.
