I couldn't even think about telling what to do, you know your situation best, but it's true, alot of folks would want those super-nice parts to do their own restorations. Just sayin'. One determining factor in my book would be rust or body damage. Sometimes rust is hiden! Where has the car been driven all these years? What about previous owners? About restoring, look, it's a good deal apart now, so it's easy to lose interest... Maybe do some less time consuming fixes/restorations and see where you get, then sell if you still feel it's a no-go. Once you sell, it's all over, best to really think about how much you like what you have and how much you'll like it when all done!
