That's somewhat a contradiction, so I've got to re-ask the question. Did you get new bolts to attach the flywheel to the crank (or re-use the bolts from the donor car that were previously used to hold the manual flywheel to the crank in that car)?
The bolts that were used to hold the automatic's flex plate on are NOT the "correct bolts" to use to hold the manual flywheel on. so If you "reused" THOSE bolts, that is where your problem lies.
I am hoping based on your answer to the first question, that you are "certain the flywheel will turn. Yes", that you just slipped up in your response.
Please clarify so that we can move on in trying to help you and rule out the disaster scenario.
