The starter circuit for all model years (C900) is very simple and has no fuses. It does have a few connections any of which can be loose or corroded. You can also have an internal ignition switch defect. According to the factory wiring book 1992 and later convertibles have an anti-theft "Start inhibitor" relay in the starting circuit related to the security system.
