a leak in fuel rail pressure regulator? Bubbles are present with a brand new pump assembly (Proparts 5328653) and with regulator vacuum line plugged. Bubbles were seen in Tygon clear tube temporarily inserted between return line rubber hose and brass nipple by air cleaner. About 3 inches of fuel were present in tank when changing pump.
