It seems most 9000s have 6mm barbs too. The closest guess I have heard is that the pre-Trionic 2.3 9000s have 8mm pumps and the Trionic cars have 6mm pumps. Unfortunately finding that car much less pump from that car is rough. Oddly, I have also read accounts that some of the 9-3s and 9-5s have 8mm pumps but nobody knows which ones - there are posts in various places saying they've found both pumps in all years.

If push comes to shove I will just use 5/16" hose over the 8mm pump and 6mm plastic hose, but I would really like to do it once, right. Just gotta find a donor 8mm pump first.

The 10mm thing is weird - I can't even imagine what modern OE-type pump would need a 10mm outlet. That's gotta be one of those 500lph 800hp E85 pumps.
