Thanks Bob for the shout back!
I did learn that the CL position of that #4 bow is very important. My 91, while have a cheap replacement top (EZ TOPs) that failed quickly, the back window section was OEM SAAB. Upon disassembly I found their original chalk line for CL, and I have transferred that line with a fine Sharpie and tape to the #4 bow. I also have measured the CL of the boot/trunk lid, located precisely the center of the rear quarters/deck lid..... which I've marked as well. ALL of the procedures I've found say to take great pains in installation of this rear window so it is square to those 2 CLs. I'll be measuring carefully the reinforcement black nylon webs which grace each of these C pillar areas so that they replaced in precisely the same location as they now reside (still the factory locations).
I will begin adding pics to this thread to document where I'm at. Thanks again!
