Too late....my fenders are already rotten. Two rust free color matched ones ready to go on in spring. I took an 8 mm allen key and chop sawed a couple of pieces about an inch long. I'm gonna take a crappy 8 mm 1/4" drive socket and RTV the short piece into the socket to make a short, 1/4" drive 8 mm allen tool to get into those two holes. The shorter allen, coupled with the shorter socket and more compact ratchet should allow me to get on those two bolts with the ratchet in the space available and that should cut that part of the job by 80% or more.
