difficult (for me anyway) to reach without removing the motor. If rebuild used a NG900 block, there will be an additional oil gallery plug behind the oil filler tube, which is more easily accessible than one behind starter. You can check pressure with a gauge by temporarily disconnecting oil feed pipe from turbo to oil filter housing or by using a sandwich plate between housing and filter. Oil filter feed pipe uses a 14 x 1.5 mm fitting which would require an adapter to typical 1/8 inch NPT on mechanical pressure gauge hose.
Per Haynes 9-3 manual, oil pressure switch closes and dash oil light illuminates when pressure is less than 0.3 to 0.5 bar (4.4 to 7.3 psi).
Minimum warm (80 degC) 10W/30 oil pressure should be at least 2.7 bar (39 psi) at 2000 rpm.
Pressure relief valve on bottom of timing cover should open at 3.8 bar (55 psi). These valves can easily be checked for stuck debris or worn pistons which can cause low oil pressure.
A used engine oil analysis for $25 would tell you what may be wearing inside engine and if there's antifreeze, unburned fuel, or oil degradation issues.
