Finally got the car up , and changed the oil. I knew something was wrong when my drain pain filled up to near 3/4 full! Oil was indeed overfull, and this was done sometime in the course of "fixing", and I bet at the Field's SAAB here in Jacksonville. They've screwed me over more than once with this car, and previously when they were Nimnicht. To make it worse, the body shop completely botched the job with the door and after the car sat in the rain, I have water clear to the inside of the fuse box on the driver's side. Since the car already had leak issues in the hatch, this is making for a wet car. I'm not sure where to turn with them with all of these problems and their horrible attitude, geico ripping me off on the rental car, etc. Serious headache...

After changing and fill, idle seemed to immediately stabilize at about 1.5k, and car seems to be running OK. After level check and ride, oil showed just over the "ball" on the bottom of the stick. I do notice what I can only describe as like a whine/vibration noise when the engine is dropping rpms and at low speed. Sounds like a turbo noise, and if I sit still and rev a few times, it seems to kind of fade.

Also noticed more oil coming from the wastegate area near the turbo. Not sure exactly what part I'm looking at from under the car, but I think it's the big collar piece that connects to the down pipe off the turbo. Oil all over up in the that area. I do wonder if the turbo is leaking oil or failing in some way. It wasn't replaced with the rebuild, and is still original on the car. Thanks much for any pointers on this oil drip...
