that is disappointing to see how weak those transmissions "seem" to be...see the link below.
Subaru of America's responses to these problems are pretty disappointing as well--though I can't blame them for denying warranty work to modded cars, but it seems they are denying plenty of warranty work to unmodded cars as well, claiming the problems are "normal."
now some internet postings of course can't 100% convince me, but clutch shudder and noise from day one? Among many other transmission issues. I'm sure Saab is aware of these drivetrain problems and hopefully they are doing something to prevent them from ruining the Saab 9-2, which should be a pretty great car if it has a good, reliable transmission.
