I do push myself really hard, I get completely drenched with sweat, although I can still talk. I never realy have a hard time breathing, i find my legs give way much earlier than my lungs. I guess I just seem to notice I am going much faster than just about anyone else in the gym, althoguh there is this one guy who goes like a maniac for over an hour and a half. I could run further but I am bsically trying to get in as much as I can into a 35 - 40 minute jaunt. I'm not training for the marathon again (not yet anyways)
