...that incorporates heart rate intensity intervals and REST DAYS. If you just beat yourself up every day, you're heading for injury at worst and burnout at best. Plus, you're not making good use of your workout time.
Try going to Runner's World or something similar and look for a traning plan that will ramp you up from Zone 1 (easy pace) to Zone 4 (anaerobic/lactci acid/pain). If you're on a treadmill, it's easy to keep track of your heart rate.
BTW, I used to do exactly what you're doing.
