Get a couple of bids from local electrical contractors about replacing the fuse box with breakers. Often this is done in conjunction with upgrading the service to the house. I was only about $700 to do this 12 years ago to accmodate the hot tub my wife wanted. Since then we have added circuits to the kitchen and patio.

It's a ton of fun redoing baths and kitchens. Many bath and kitchen suppliers make styles that allow preserving the character of the home and retain all the modern touches.

A 93Gator is a 30 something Florida grad? March Madness requires we know which school?
