I can boot on both Vista Business and Win XP-Pro, on different disks of course. Vista takes two times the RAM as XP. My Compaq printer is not supported in Vista, so I can't print while running Vista. My ATA card needed to have the drivers upgraded to run on Vista, so I lost 2 hard drives while I searched for the drivers for the ATA device. Vista has lots of little quirks too. Like killing non-MS processes if any process takes too much CPU time. Running "Computer" (used to be "My Computer") does not update to show the current available space on a disk, and you can't refresh it. If you load non-MS programs, you will get the annoying message asking if you really want to run the program, until you figure out what security settings to change. When you run Defrag, you cannot specify which disks to defrag - it will do all of them when it feels like it. When you delete or move a file, it will estimate the time required to delete/move the file, which normally takes longer than the actual deleting/move takes... Ron
